Methodology

How these guides are built

The same process runs behind every guide, so any two guides read the same way.

Read the methodologyEditorial standard(Coming soon)
  1. Problem first

A guide starts from a rider's question and the variables that decide the answer, never from a product.

  2. Evidence labeled

Every claim is sourced or marked as analysis. Forums and unverified video are used to find leads, never cited.

  3. Conditional answers

Recommendations name who they suit, what they cost, and when they don't apply.

  4. Reviewed and dated

Each guide names its reviewer and review date, and is rechecked within twelve months.
